The future of Nigeria economy will no doubt depend on both Commercial, industrial, Technological and Human Capital efficiency. Efforts therefore should be geared towards the training of Human Capital Managers whose role in a buoyant or depressed economy cannot be over estimated to reflect the economic, structural and ideological, environment of the nation Human Capital as assets and wealth of the nation must be well recognized and trained because the strength of every developed society, nation or organization is Human Capital.In an attempt to realize this dream, the Institute has made a benchmark of B.SC or HND as the minimum entry qualification for the training of Human Capital Managers.
In the mean time, 5-years transitional arrangement training program is extended to holders of OND, NCE and undergraduates in Tertiary institutions in all discipline commencing in September, 2016 to August 2021. After the 5th year, the Institute would concentrate on graduates and professionals for its training and development. University graduates, HND holders and holders of Chartered Professional qualifications to write PE1 & PE2.
